Join Our Movement!
Join us in aiming to bring awareness to Domestic Violence and Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) year round by supporting our movement to “Take a Stand against Intimate Partner Violence” across our nation and the international community.
Hazael Haven Inc., a nonprofit organization founded in 2011, offers women and children experiencing intimate partner violence biblical counseling, education, support groups, and referrals to resources in PA.
If you are a member of a church, consider the number of your national and international membership. It’s devastating once you determine how many families are suffering in silence. One in four women in the United States has been the victim of severe physical violence by an intimate partner. This epidemic sadly increases overseas, global estimates published by WHO indicate that about 1 in 3 (35%) of women worldwide have experienced either physical and/or sexual intimate partner violence or non-partner sexual violence in their lifetime.
